Caitriona Coughlin

Caitriona started running photo booths with Cory back in early 2022, before Burnside Events was officially born. When Cory launched Burnside in April of 2023, she was all in and excited to help lead the photo booth side of the business and make it something couples would love.

What started as a weekend job quickly turned into something she genuinely enjoys. Being part of someone’s wedding day, even in a small way, means a lot to her, especially knowing she’s helping create fun moments people will hang onto forever.

Originally from Connecticut, Caitriona’s spent most of her life in Frederick County and loves being part of weddings and events throughout the region. Coming from a big family herself (we’re talking 9 siblings and 24 nieces and nephews!), she’s no stranger to the joyful chaos that comes with weddings. Maybe that’s why she’s so good at wrangling big groups into one photo, no matter how many people are trying to squeeze in. And fun fact, one of her older siblings is married to Cory, so you could say Burnside likes to keep it in the family!

Around the team, Caitriona’s also known for keeping everyone up to date on the latest lingo and even tipping us off to some of the bangers that are hitting today’s playlists. Even with her fun and energetic personality, Caitriona brings a calm, friendly vibe to every event, making sure guests have fun, feel comfortable, and walk away with awesome memories.

When she’s not working events, she’s probably lost in a good book or working on her latest embroidery project. If Caitriona could, she would live at the beach. Her family vacation to the Outer Banks every year is something she always looks forward too.
